  A quite unique little tavern on the edge of Perth, nestled up high on the Perth Hills and tucked away inside of John Forrest National Park. The main selling point here is the wildlife. Out the back office tavern is roughly thirty kangaroos who roam freely but are relatively tame. It is not uncommon to find them resting up against the BBQ.
  
  The food is alright and the beer is a little pricey. The whole place is in need of a facelift but it does make for an interesting choice of venue no matter what the event is. For many people this is as close as they get to a kangaroo nowadays!

  You've got to pay $12 just to get into the national park before you've sat down to order your drink. It's really not worth it !!

  Standard bush pub. Nice enough staff. A bit run down but does what a Bush pub should. Kangaroos out the back are great for the kids to check out.
